CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER - BOURNEMOUTH - £20,000 - £25,000 PA Our client is a very innovative and exciting service, to help save time and money We are recruiting Customer Account Managers for their expanding team spearheading the benefits of their services. Amazing Customer Service is at heart of this business, leaving customers feeling delighted with the tailored, personal service they have received. This is a very exciting time to join the business, they have grown rapidly over the last few months and are now looking to expand our incredibly smart, passionate and ethically minded team. What you’ll be doing: Speaking to clients who have either pre-booked appointments or calling clients who will be expecting a call (you will never cold call) Explaining to customers how they can be helped Researching and finding appropriate services for your customer Managing your own customer and agency database Using a range of communication tools to maintain and develop relationships including phone, email and messaging Working to achievable targets for a capable, motivated sales professional Ensure that our customers achieve outstanding levels of service at all times What we’re looking for: Customer centric and ethically minded Confident and enthusiastic The ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently First class written, verbal and interpersonal skills Numerate and articulate Well organised, reliable and thorough What you'll get in return: An opportunity to join a fast-growing and ethically focused business A great team passionately working to change the way people think and consume energy Excellent progression opportunities No weekend or evening working Please apply for more information
