Overview
An innovative financial services firm based in the City are looking for a Reward Analyst to join their global Compensation team. They are open to interviewing candidates remotely and are open to onboarding you virtually, to make the recruitment process as smooth as possible during this challenging time. You will own the data processes around the annual compensation and bonus cycles, analysing and presenting data to senior stakeholders. You'll work closely with the HR and Recruitment teams to benchmark salaries and make sure the business offers competitive packages to new and existing staff. You'll support a number of projects, including job architecture, regulatory reporting and compensation design initiatives. Your previous experience of supporting compensation processes, including salary benchmarking, will allow you to hit the ground running. Your analytical skill and experience of analysing, cleansing and challenging data will be heavily relied upon by the business. You do not need to have worked in Financial Services before, and this could be an excellent opportunity to take your first steps in this sector. The business culture is fast-paced and innovative. They fully embrace working from home and are working on initiatives to virtually onboard new starters. They are committed to supporting diversity and inclusive initiatives, and have a history of supporting the arts. The firm is innovative and flexible, and you will learn a lot very quickly. I specialise in recruiting Reward professionals and will be able to arrange rapid introductions for suitable candidates. Please get in touch or submit your CV for more information. We are committed to ensuring that our recruitment services are accessible to everyone. If you require us to make any reasonable adjustments, please let us know.
