I am delighted to be partnering with a renowned communications agency to find a part time compensation & benfitis manager. Thier mission is to create meaningful connections between people and brands to drive business success. Reporting into the HR Director, we are looking for a proactive, flexible, friendly and driven Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our lively People team and be responsible for all the Reward and Benefit processes within the business This is a key partnering role working closely with the wider People team, managers across the business, and internal and external service providers. A hands on role, this is an exciting opportunity to bring your passion and specialist knowledge in the field of Payroll, Reward, Compensation and Benefits to drive improvement and efficiency and contribute to the development of an industry leading reward proposition- you will recommend and implement reward programmes that support attraction, engagement and retention across the organisation. You should be incredibly organised and able to drive multiple initiatives with competing deadlines in a pressured and agile environment. You will be solution focused and drive to always streamline processes and procedures to reduce unnecessary admin. Strong communication skills are essential - you should be able to work alongside colleagues at all levels including senior management. Knowledge and experience of HR systems and reporting Strong influencing skills and senior stakeholder management experience.
