PMO Analyst - £40,000 Bonus and Benefits - London Arnold Ash are partnered with a market-leading business in Central London in their search for a PMO Analyst. The position would be ideal for an ambitious, highly-organised and commercially focused professional with 1 - 2 years experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic and technology driven environment. They're looking for someone who preferably has advanced Excel & SharePoint skills. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a PMO Management role whilst working within a FTSE250 equivalent business. PMO Analyst Responsibilities: Be a member of the PMO team providing support and guidance on project/programme/portfolio governance, monitoring and control through effective coordination, planning, financial control and management reporting. Work with the wider team to ensure effective monitoring and control disciplines are applied across all change Challenge progress against action list, assisting the team with mitigation plans Track the status of all projects based on updates from the project managers on a weekly basis or timeline as agreed Standardise and consolidate the updates and report to management team Identify and log overall key issues and risks across the portfolio Generate project report packs for review by the PMO manager at the weekly project update sessions, ensuring that reporting is timely and relevant Proactively share relevant information with other teams Provide knowledge and advice in activities of the PMO Contribute to the review and audits of project and programme management to ensure conformance to standards Produce a capacity plan each period, sourcing project demand and resource supply data Manage the SharePoint Document library IM site and liaise with the developers as required to implement major changes including ensuring appropriate document template standards are followed Full company information and benefits on application.
