Overview

We are looking for an intelligent, experienced and smart thinking EA to support the CEO. This is a highly strategic and facilitative role that requires an organised individual who can provide support in a wide range of administrative functions including events and managing projects. Responsibilities include: First point of contact for all phone calls and emails with discretionary filters to the CEO where necessary, dealing with any correspondence. Business planning / analysis and budget management Plan and execute defined projects on time, on plan, and to budget; planning & implementation, requiring close communication and interaction with staff Diary and travel management, ensuring all meetings are managed effectively and able to make changes at the last minute where necessary Prepare and circulate presentations / papers for meetings and proactively manage actions Acting as the primary point of contact and managing key relationships such as external vendors, investors and other key stakeholders Organisation of team meetings, offsites and key stakeholder events worldwide Assist with major events and coordinating logistics- liaising with venues, VIPs Diary management and meeting scheduling across multiple time zones Planning and arranging extensive domestic and international travel Travel to local and international events as required Cultivating a fun team culture What we are looking for: Proven experience in an EA role in a fast-paced environment Experience within the tech industry would be advantageous Proven business acumen based on a broad understanding of all aspects of business Excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and solid leadership skills Positive, with a strong work ethic and the ability to take ownership of assigned duties Sport / fitness enthusiast with a sense of humour a bonus
