Overview
Due to continued growth, this boutique employment firm based in the City of London is looking to hire an employment solicitor to join the team. The firm specialises in employment and partnership law, representing many clients from professional services including solicitors, accountants and doctors, acting for individual partners and groups of partners leaving their current firms to join another. You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of employment and partnership law matters including grievances, tribunal claims, redundancies and dismissals. The majority of your caseload will be contentious, however, you will also be exposed to non-contentious work on occasions. You will be joining a small team led by 4 experienced partners. Due to the small team, you will be given a good level of responsibility and a clear progression route at the firm.
