Overview

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager the role will provide operational support to the UK Operations team. The role will be focused around administrative support for the Maintenance Service Desk including ticket processing and resolution, supporting stores in liaison with Head Office departments, Marketing support, general Operations administration and appropriate Head office administrative support. Job Responsibilities: Communication: Weekly collation and distribution of Operations reporting to Senior Managers and Field Operations as applicable Information & data collation, & general administration / communication of key reports and documents eg. Weekly Scorecard, The Compass and Celebration Times, Friday Mailer, etc Weekly Purchasing Supply Request to stores e.g. Stuffing and Condo Allocations Other appropriate at the request of the Senior Managing Director and the Operations Director. Attend weekly calls with the US Operations partners. StoreForce Maintenance support ShopperTrak maintenance support Internal intranet, Bearnet maintenance. Website and social sites, facebook twitter etc., monitoring and reporting issue/observations to Operations Manager. Proofing Maintenance/Operations: Maintenance Service Desk point of contact for Stores and Vendors Dynamics raising, editing & cancelling tickets Collation of Weekly Maintenance Reports to agreed reporting schedules Processing of Store Maintenance Requests through Heat and Dynamics Reporting issues to the Maintenance Manager for Vendor Management resolution Updating of Heat and Dynamics System & PO log daily through proactive ticket management Collation & communication of Departmental Compliance issues RMA Visits to stores to complete RMA Audit. Complete regular R&M cost reviews Submitting Battery Data for Ecosurety Submitting Packaging Data for Ecosurety Submitting Data for Carrier Bag Levy and other Government compliance auditing and reporting as required Raising TVF invoice for the month General Administration: Execute administrative tasks and assistance as directed by the Store Operations and Maintenance Manager, including but not limited to: General Office Post - IN/OUT Ordering stationary and office supplies for the Office. Couriers General administrative assistance Basic ad-hoc reception duties. Other Duties as reasonably requested by Line Manager Maintenance of Office standards, consumables, general environment including Guest facing (current marketing, display work, noticeboards in conjunction with the HR department), etc. Team meetings Organisation of office events Deputising for the Retail Construction, Project and Maintenance Manager Covering Operations Manager when away from the business
