Overview

We’re currently looking for 3 graduates from top universities to join a boutique executive search firm in the heart of London. You will be working closely with CFOs, Chief Executives, and Chairman level professionals in order to provide tailored consultancy and executive search services to world leading boutique and blue-chip firms. You will receive one to one training in London for three months and will then be tasked with setting up your desk in the office and developing the business alongside other key figures in the firm. Salary & Earning Potential Competitive starting salary in first year with generous bonus structure - first year earnings average around £50,000. Executive search is an industry with uncapped earning potential, and your salary can realistically hit £200,000 within five years of joining a firm at research associate level. The Role Your role will comprise candidate generation, face to face meetings with both candidates and clients and aiding in research assignments. Working closely with a director who has successfully trained 15 research associates, you will research the market and carefully liaise with clients in order to shortlist C-Level professionals on salaries of £200,000. You will build your own client base and under an excellent training structure, become one of the leading headhunting professionals in your industry.
