Overview
Executive Assistant for HR Partners plus two, leading investment firm in the heart of the bustling West End. Are you keen to build a career in a well-established investment firm and continue your exposure to HR as an Executive Assistant? We are looking for an Executive Assistant with good exposure to HR processes and procedures: in conjunction with providing close PA support to three professionals, you will have a strong understanding and experience of supporting in an HR setting. Your duties will include supporting recruitment activities (helping to schedule interviews, liaising with external agencies), administering absence and leave requests, taking care of the administration of the company's various benefit plans and assisting with new staff inductions. You will be working alongside other motivated Executive Assistants, your own team will include three busy Executives (including the HR Director), Your role in the company will entail being trusted with involved and confidential HR admin work so we must see this demonstrated in your career. You will also feed directly into the team's work with fee earning teams– supporting with all events logistics and assistance. Your extensive Executive Assistant experience will enable you to enjoy working hand-in-hand with the other Assistants ensuring effective cover for the team at all times, successfully managing hectic and ever-evolving diaries, organising complex travel, timely and accurate processing of invoices and expenses, plus project work when you settle in. You will also be aware of priorities and be willing to push back on scheduled meetings that aren't aligned with business strategy. To succeed in this company's friendly yet demanding and high paced environment, you will naturally immerse yourself into all aspects of the business by demonstrating your pro-activity, drive, and ability to juggle conflicting priorities. Your team-playing mindset will help you to identify when colleagues may require assistance and proactively reach out to help where needed. You will show confidence in taking on additional tasks and directing senior staff to ensure delivery, whilst protecting and enhancing relationships with the rest of the support team.
