An executive search firm based in London's West End is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two Partners with all EA duties, and also manage search projects. This is a permanent role with excellent development - you must have some prior EA experience ideally within search or professional services, and you will be trained by an excellent Senior Executive Assistant Client Details The firm is global and they have excellent values and a collaborative environment. The offices are modern and fresh and based in the heart of London's West End. The business is well established and going through a period of growth so an exciting time to join Description Managed by the Senior Executive Assistant, the key duties are based around EA support for the Partner, as well as assisting the team with managing search projects, liaising heavily with clients and candidates, arranging meetings across time zones. There is a lot of scope here for progression, but the key duties to begin with are as follows: Gatekeeping for the Partner Complex diary and inbox management Arranging events Arranging global travel Putting together lengthy documents and presentations Processing expenses CRM administration, client account management Proof reading Project managing all assignments, liaising with senior executives daily Scheduling for clients and candidates, managing timelines Ensuring invoices are paid in timely manner Onboarding aftercare scheduling Initial research on new projects and market mapping Profile The ideal candidate must have worked in a similar EA role previously, know how to manage diaries and be willing to learn and be trained by a Senior EA. A degree (or equivalent) is ideal but not essential. Be able to manage a high volume of work - excellent organisation skills and multitasking are key. Time management must be exemplary. Attention to detail is important - you must be able to demonstrate that you can produce documentation and presentations with perfect accuracy using Microsoft applications, as well as proof reading. Articulate and confident communication skills when liaising with all stakeholders.
