Overview
The Maine Group are working with a very successful Investment Fund right in the heart of Mayfair - around the Savile Row area, who are looking to for an exceptional Senior level Executive Assistant. Candidates must have demonstrated Team Support experience in previous roles for a financial services company, and Executive Assistants from Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Venture Capital would be desirable. The type of Executive Assistant we are seeking will be a highly efficient and proactive, an EA who has a natural flair for knowing what is going on at all times and is constantly one step ahead. You will have the adaptability to provide senior level support to a team of approximately 6 investment professionals on a busy trading floor. The work is extremely varied since their clients come from a range of sectors across the globe and you will be expected to take ownership of multiple diaries and the teams travel arrangements and various processes. They have a stunning open plan office based on 3 floors and Executive Assistant (currently 5) work in collaboration - they are a positive and friendly bunch that act as a close-nit team, which makes this a supportive place to work with good team morale. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked in a similar role, supporting multiple senior Executives / C-suite level and working with different teams, in a fast paced Financial Services environment.
