An exciting opportunity for an employment law solicitor with 2 years' PQE has arisen at a London based firm. Are you seeking a new and challenging role with the chance to work in a dynamic, inclusive and fast-growing national law firm? In this role, you will work with a wide variety of clients and with a particular focus on employment tribunal work but including all aspects of employment law. The successful candidate will be passionate about driving change, be highly organised and have a keen eye for detail. You will have proven HR and employment law experience, will demonstrate a proactive approach and have the ability to work autonomously and be able to meet tight deadlines. Your skills and experience as an employment solicitor should include: - 2 or more years post qualification experience in employment law - Employment tribunal advocacy experience - Contract and handbook drafting/updating - Employment advisory work - Proven client-facing skills.
