Facilities Assistant & Relocation Coordinator - Based in London - Temp role - 5 months to ongoing Facilities Assistant & Relocation Coordinator Temp Facilities Administrator & Relocation Coordinator Your new company A well-established organisation based in London is looking for a new Facilities Assistant to join their vibrant and dynamic Team. Your new role As a facilities assistant you will be sitting with the team and will be responsible for assisting the facilities manager to ensure that the required level of physical security is maintained. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that compliance related health and safety matters are maintained. You will act as the first point of contact for facilities related disciplines, including but not limited to; security, health and safety, cleaning, maintaining stationary, hospitality (dealing with refreshments and good for meetings and seminars) and dealing with incoming/outgoing post. You will also be required to assist with an office move and act as a relocation coordinator. What you'll need to succeed A successful candidate will have previous facilities experience and experience assisting with commercial relocation, preferably within a medium to large sized office environment. It is desired that the successful candidate has previous SC level security clearance. Additionally, having excellent customer service skills along with strong IT knowledge is required.
