Overview

Essential Skills you will need - Solid recent experience as a hands on Payroll Manager- ideally with experience with Oracle / Oracle Fusion - Experience with Monthly Payroll processing circa minimum 2000 monthly employees - Experience working in HR Shared Services environment ideally Key role responsibilities - Ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll administration, resourcing administration, and on boarding processes, in line with agreed SLAs - Ownership of the HR and payroll module of Oracle - Leading and devising the payroll strategy, including organizational structure, and flexing the delivery model to keep pace with the growth of the company.Manage payroll operations, coordinating with the vendors and the internal team to deliver pay accurately, timely in compliance with all relevant legislation. - Accountable for the payroll governance, compliance, risk and control structure, e.g. ensuring segregation of duties, accuracy of payroll and HMRC reporting, regularly reviewing, testing and improving payroll controls Applications for this role will be accepted until Friday 20th March- interviews will be held week commencing 23rd March - please ensure BEFORE applying you would be available for interview this week and are immediately available to start a new role as soon as possible.
