Overview
Are you keen to transfer your 1:2 or 1:3 Executive Assistant experience into a dedicated and focused 1:1 role? Do you pride yourself on your exceptional attention to detail and document production skills? ISE are delighted to offer this involved, challenging role, to an EA who is looking for an exciting and involved next step. You will be your boss' right hand, the gatekeeper, ear to the ground, and key liaison for clients. This is a great next step for a graduate Team Assistant/PA or EA with significant corporate experience, looking to support 1:1 – this role is a real right hand role, You will be a logistical genius – getting important meetings into back-to-back diaries, subject to last-minute changes will be a challenge you relish. You will have a ‘make it happen' attitude and attention to detail, which is second to none. The Partner heads up one of the firm's most dynamic, pressurised and profitable teams: there will be a high volume of client contact. You will need to be comfortable with lots of external liaison, and have outstanding communication skills, to be an excellent brand representative at all times. If show commitment and promise, you are likely to attend meetings with the Partner and take a really active role in following up agreed action points. You will be: • Keenly committed to being an EA, outstandingly organised • Brilliant with diaries and logistics • Able to upkeep multiple spreadsheets and update the database with total accuracy • Able to note-take in quick meetings with clients, and note/chase subsequent action needed • Able to keep track of multiple projects, simultaneously – your boss may have 20 projects, at a time • An articulate communicator, with an excellent gauge of how to interact with senior professionals • Strongly geared towards anticipating request and be an independent thinker, able to cope with charming yet demanding personalities This is a world-leading firm, with a great reputation and fantastic perks.
