Salary: £10.50 per hour + mileage at 15 pence per mile

Overview

Are you an experienced Care Worker looking for a new and exciting challenge? Due to growth and popular demand, Carewatch are now recruiting experienced Home Support Workers to work as a team with set shifts. You must be willing to work out of area as this role is Rapid Response work. Due to the nature of this role we are initially looking for drivers with access to their own vehicle. We do require you to: Have a genuine desire to help others To hold an NVQ/QCF Qualification in Health and Social Care Be punctual and flexible Have the confidence to work alone and as part of a team Be able to travel between clients homes We’ll offer you a full paid company induction and support you so you can confidently deliver a great service. Every customer is different, so the support and help that you provide will depend on your customer’s needs, which will be assessed and regularly monitored.
