Overview
This role is due to start in the next few weeks. You will be managing a private-funded project where the goal is to help ex-offenders rehabilitate back into society through employment, training, and education. You will be a hands-on manager, managing a team of 3-6 Employment Advisors whose goal is to progress Ex-offenders towards employment within the Construction Sector. You will have the opportunity to work from home within the next couple of weeks – project planning the service delivery, budget, and strategies. After which, you will then find yourself based in Central London, as well as managing the service pan London so you need to be flexible with travelling. Please note: this role is currently on a 1 year FTC (subject to extension), with a salary scale of £35,000 – £42,000. Interviews are ASAP.
