Are you looking for a new Continuous Improvement Engineering position within a business experiencing year on year growth and investing in site expansion? Flexi-time hours, Private Medical Insurance & more on offer A specialist manufacturer is looking to add a Continuous Improvement Engineer to form a key part to their maintenance team. Your overall responsibility is to continuously improve engineering standards and performance of process and plant on a long-term basis by utilising and implementing ideas from all sources. You will also be responsible for managing various projects through from concept to handover. Person Specification: • Degree qualified chemical engineering, Chartered Engineer (IChemE) • Six Sigma Black Belt • Strong understanding of Lean & CI tools and techniques • Extensive process/projects experience with a good working knowledge of civil, mechanical, instrument and electrical engineering. • Industry experience – Food, FMCG, Chemical Processing, Paper, Production, high speed manufacturing, water treatment Package & Benefits: • £46-48k basic salary • Pension scheme • Private Medical Insurance • Flexitime hours (39hr working week) • Free onsite parking Please apply today to be immediately considered & contacted for this excellent career opportunity.
