This has given them an unheard-of staff retention rate. The role The firm is recruiting for a Family Senior Associate / Partner to join their flourishing West End office. The firm has a strong reputation for family work. You will deal with well-known public figures and HNW individuals. The caseload will include; Ancillary relief, Divorce and some private children work. This role would suit a candidate seeking progression and a route to Partnership, perhaps in a top-heavy team, or a Partner seeking a lateral move. Requirements: You will be a Family Solicitor with at least eight years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of experience) You will be based in the flourishing West End office You should have a good billings history You should have experience of dealing with a HNW client base, dealing exclusively with privately funded work.
