Legal Director, employment law, contentious employment, International firm, private practice, London Your new company This international firm has one of the largest employment teams in the City of London and is seeking an employment senior associate/ legal director (dependent upon experience) to join their department. Your new role This role requires a very ambitious individual as the firm has stressed that they have strong prospects for this role to progress to Partner. The work is largely contentious. Responsible for a large and high value caseload Work will range across all areas of employment law Managing and supervising junior members of the team What you'll need to succeed You will need to have strong academics and extensive employment law experience, ideally gained at a large city or regional firm. You will be working directly with the Partners on larger more complex cases and will have the opportunity to develop your management skills.
