This Top 100 firm are looking for an Employment Partner to join their high calibre City of London office. You will be part of an award-winning practice, which houses Chambers ranked Lawyers and is Legal 500 listed across most of their practice areas. You will have exposure to a brilliant client pool as well as working on the most diverse work. The Firm This highly recommended Top 100 firms in the UK, are soon to move into the Top 50. This firm currently has offices across the country and they often act on the largest matters outside of Magic circle firms. With recent national awards, this firm is coming on leaps and bounds London is one of their strongest offices with heavy hitting Partners across various discipline and over 80 Partners nationwide. With both domestic and cross-border matters being represented across both business and private individuals, this firm has offered real clarity to their clients. Many of their departments have won awards this year and are continuing to grow. The Role The firm are seeking to hire an Employment Partner into their modern City of London office. The team is dynamic and punches well above their weight. You work with the other partners to drive the department forward. The firm's highly rated employment team handles a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work including advisory work on HR issues, disputes related work in tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work. The team's workload is increasingly top end, complex, premium work and accordingly we are working to strengthen our capacity at that level. There are excellent prospects here for progression with the continued growth of this department and the firm. This role comes with good prospects and career development. Requirements: You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there are no upper limits regarding the amount of PQE and applications are invited from the most experienced candidates) You will have good commercial awareness and strong drafting skills Experience of managing more junior colleagues is to advantage, but not essential A meticulous eye for detail is essential Salary is above market rate and dependent on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package This is an excellent opportunity for a Employment Partner to join this growing Top 100 firm based in their City of London office.
