Overview
Compensation and Data Specialist Our client is a leading global information services provider and they are looking for a Compensation and Data Specialist within their London offices. You will be supporting the HR team in the design, implementation, execution and management of their global compensation programmes, policies and procedures. There will also be the opportunity to develop, maintain and lead their ongoing analytical needs across the HR function. Participating in compensation surveys, you will administer and manage compensation plans and payments throughout the year, as well as administer the mid-year and annual compensation cycles, including system, set-up, data validation, spend analysis and communication materials. Another key aspect to the role will be owning all reporting across the HR team, so to produce scheduled reports, headcount dashboards, talent and recruitment metrics. There will also be the need to review and update current practices on reporting methods and analysing human capital data, whilst also developing and documenting data to streamline processes and enhance data collection. With previous experience in Compensation and data analysis, you will be comfortable working in s standalone role, whilst also being part of a broader HR team. With excellent analytical skills, you will have an exceptional attention to detail and strong systems skills, especially within Excel and the ability to manipulate large data sets. As a self-starter, you will be able to work on your own initiative and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Any previous Workday experience would be desirable.
