Overview
We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading global professional services organisation who are seeking to add to their internal international reward team. The primary focus of the role will be to support in the administration of all compensation activity to include annual pay review, incentive and bonus plans, equity / share schemes, salary and benchmarking as well as other reward activity and reporting as required. Candidates need to come from a reward background, ideally on a global basis, supporting compensation analytics and processes. You will have strong technical skills including Excel and thrive in fast paced environment. You will be driven, results orientated and have strong attention to detail.
