Overview
Interim Finance Manager required for my Coventry based client. My client is a prestigious Plc business and looking to recruit for somebody on a six month fixed term contract basis. My client is going through a period of change, and requires extra support. Directly reporting into the Head of Finance, this role is responsible for a team of 7 in total (2 direct and 5 indirect.) Key responsibilities include: - Prepare packs for all entities for Group Finance and Year end reconciling - Manage 2 direct reports and 5 indirect reports to ensure processing of journals for Capital, Assets and Opex - Ownership of annual Budget and Forecasts and 5 year Plan - Management of the Fixed Asset Registers - Manage the process of production of various capex/opex schedules for period accounts and audit purposes - Ensure that a robust financial control environment exists within the teams - Main contact with External Auditors in relation to Fixed Asset queries throughout the year. - Review processes within the Team My client is looking for a qualified accountant with experience working within a similar role.
