Overview
Quality Control Technician - TEMPORARY Our client is seeking a Quality Control Technician for their busy laboratory based in Northampton Key Responsibilities Carry out routine compound analysis as set out in the quality procedures Carry out routine material analysis Perform quality control testing including hygiene swabbing and verification of cleaning after production of materials Administrative duties including certificates of analysis generation, calibration and reports Retrieval and interpretation of information Assist with customer enquiries Organise samples for external analysis and retrieve date from QC database Experience and Skills Previous experience of working in a busy QC laboratory Ability to prioritise with excellent organisation Ability to follow instruction and procedures H&S awareness Good communication skills Awareness of BRC/ISO/Organic/Kosher/Halal requirement is desirable but not essential
