Overview
Quality Assurance Pharmacist - Northampton Opportunity : Are you a Pharmacist registered with the GPhC? Have you released prescriptions and have good quality assurance experience? Want to work for a global pharmaceutical company? If yes then please read on. Your role as a Quality Assurance Pharmacist based in Northampton will involve releasing prescriptions and physical checking of all drug orders that are released to the patients. You will ensure that the pharmacy patient dispensing processes are compliant with GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council), Pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Corporate Quality Manual & ISO standards. You will act as the Responsible Pharmacist (RP) when required and ensure drugs / prescriptions are released to relevant quality standards. This is an approx a 12 months contract to cover for the current Locum Pharmacists who will be away on holiday etc. The locum will initially cover full time 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm Monday to Friday until the end of June/July 2020 after which the locum then moves to a bank role covering any of the shifts below as and when needed. The current hours that the Pharmacists work are: Monday - Sunday day and night shifts: 6am to 2pm, 12pm to 8pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am. The PAYE hourly rate is £22.87 and Limited company rate £26.21. Skills: To apply for the role of Quality Assurance Pharmacist you will have the following: Pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
