Overview
A global technology firm is currently looking for a Compensation and Benefits Director to join them on a permanent basis in their London office. The Total Reward Director will manage a team of 6 located across EMEA who look after a population of c. 15,000. The role will be responsible for both the operational and strategic aspects of compensation and benefits including executive compensation, incentives and pensions. The ideal individual will therefore have exposure to both compensation and benefits across the EMEA region and have prior experience in a line management capacity. M&A experience would be advantageous. This organisation is extremely fast paced and will require someone who is comfortable working in a change environment. As a member of the regional leadership team, the role holder will work closely with the wider organisation and help to educate HR and the business on reward in a transforming business model.
