Overview
Your new company We are recruiting an interim HR Business Partner for a financial services organisation based in Birmingham, with sites across the UK. Your new role Reporting into a Head of HR, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership across the organisation, working proactively with the business to develop and implement HR strategies. Reporting into a Head of HR you will lead on a number of projects focused on developing, engaging and retaining key talent in the organisation. Alongside this you will also be responsible for any escalated operational issues, restructuring activity and organisational development. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who has a strong track record in providing strategic partnering to a complex and diverse client group. Due to the regulated nature of this organisation, you will also need experience in financial services or banking.
