Overview

Resource Planning Manager, New position within growing organisation, £35,000-£45,000 excellent benefits My client are a market leader within their field. Due to continued growth they are creating a brand new position for a Resource Planning Manager based in Newport. You will work as part of the PMO and Change department and it will be your responsibility to plan and manage resources across 300 people within the change department. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to really establish themselves with an employer of choice in South Wales. The role will involve working across the organisation to assess future demand opportunities and ensure that there is enough capacity to deliver work effectively. Where management action is needed, the role holder will propose recommendations to senior leaders within the change team. The role holder will manage weekly resourcing governance and track any resourcing issues through to resolution. In order to be considered for the role, you will need to have a proven track record of resource management and planning, and an understanding of IT and change is also beneficial. You should have excellent organisational skills and be able to manage stakeholders throughout the business, both internally and externally.
