Overview

Role: Service Coordinator Location: Hitchin Status: Permanent Full-time Role: Our client, one of the top three companies in the global market in their sector, is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their busy branch, based in Hitchin. As a Coordinator your main responsibility will be to manage a number of engineers diaries, ensuring work is scheduled in a timely manner and on a priority basis. You will be liaising with customers to ensure all breakdowns and planned maintenance are completed to their satisfaction as well as dealing with any queries and escalations where necessary. Part of your role will also be to order materials and plants as required as well as time sheets and general administration. Expected Skills and Experience: Previous experience of diarising or scheduling engineers or technicians in a similar role would be beneficial. You will be able to provide examples of where you have delivered great customer service. Great communication skills and IT skills. Be able to demonstrate where you have handled multiple enquiries, and worked within a fast paced environment.
