Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 2 years PQE, Greater Manchester, To c£50,000, Legal 500, regional law firm JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 2 years PQE LOCATION: Greater Manchester (Commutable from: Altrincham, Irlam, Manchester, Sale, Stretford, Trafford, Warrington) THE ROLE: An ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor is required to join this team of specialist lawyers. The appointed Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be responsible for their own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, as well as assisting senior Clinical Negligence Solicitors on more complex claims. Files will be predominantly litigated and wide ranging including delayed and mis-diagnosis, negligent surgery, dental and GP negligence, birth defects and cosmetic cases. THE CANDIDATE: The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have at least 2 years' PQE conducting their own caseload of clinical negligence cases on behalf of claimants, gained in another reputable clinical negligence team. It is essential that the Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have a broad knowledge of experience in clinical negligence and a proven track record in dealing with litigated matters.
