Employment lawyer 2 years’ PQE LONDON
Overview
US law firm in London is looking to recruit an Employment lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE. Our client is looking for a highly motivated and competent ‘jack of all trades’ with broad Employment law experience and a flexible approach. Key experience for candidates to have is: • M&A transaction support (public, private, joint ventures, reorganizations, cross-border, large-scale) • standalone Employment advice • PE-style management equity plans. Other experience which is non-essential but would be of interest if you possess it is: • other types of incentive arrangements • regulatory remuneration. Having a broad range of experience in a diverse range of transactions is key, as well as having a flexible mindset and being prepared to expand your practice beyond the typical limits of an Employment practice at a traditional English firm. You will be a confident drafter including in respect of the corporate documents required to implement a PE-style management equity plan. Candidates will also be expected to juggle multiple short and long-term matters concurrently as well as being able to coordinate large scale cross-border transactions with colleagues in other offices and local counsel.
