Managing Agent Facilities Manager wanting a move to a career focussed firm? The role is looking after a really good quality, single site and a small portfolio all in the heart of the West End. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for tenant & contractors management, service charge budgets, environmental systems and health & safety. Facilities Manager Lead the FM operations of the building Managing FM systems and procedures Setting & managing service charge budgets Developing and managing tenant relationships Hard & Soft Service contract & provider management Health & Safety Environmental systems Building inspections and PPMs Ensuring exemplary customer service is delivered from the FM team Continuous service development and improvement This is a real career opportunity as the successful candidate will be working for one of the UK's leading facilities management firms - one that actively offers real, long term career prospects.
