They offer advice on Investments, Protection, Pensions, Estate Planning and as well as Group Pensions Schemes, Protecting your Business and Commercial Finance and Insurance. This is a varied role where you will be responsible for the administrative side of Group Pensions, Group Risk, Business Protection, Business Insurance. Responsible for providing administrative support in relation to group risk and healthcare policies to a portfolio of small to medium sized UK companies. Auditing membership data and calculating benefits to identify medical underwriting Processing policy renewals and undertaking market reviews (requesting quotations. collaborating quotes and negotiating with providers) ensuring successful completion. Providing administrative support on pension schemes in particular Auto Enrolment Processing claims and medical underwriting cases. Maintain client relationships and manage both internal and external clients’ expectations. Liaise with Providers to resolve any service related queries.
