Service Delivery Manager (Managed Services) - £40k - £50k (Midlands) Are you an experienced Service Delivery Manager who has worked for a Managed Service provider? Do you want to work for an industry leader with excellent staff retention? Would you like flexible working and control over your day? If so then this could be the opportunity for you. The role is based is home based and the company encourages flexible working. We can offer up to £60k plus benefits. We are working with a UK based managed service provider to find a talented customer facing service delivery manager. The organisation has a number of high profile contracts which they want a technically savvy person to help deliver. Your commercial acumen will be fully utilised alongside your client management skills. Your role will be diverse, from being an advocate for ITIL best practice to producing analytical reports. Your proactive approach to monitoring customer cases and ability to identify areas of the service that can be improved will be invaluable in this position. Joining this Managed Service provider you'll be well-versed in project management and creating documentation; you'll have previous experience of working for a managed service provider.
