You will be working with a group of bright and naturally inquisitive colleagues that genuinely love what they do. This opportunity is not a tough sell by any stretch. Reporting into someone that is at the top of your game, this is a genuine opportunity to get stretch and development. We want to see candidates who are keen to progress their careers in reward. What will be keeping you busy? You will support Remuneration Committee preparation by assisting in composing papers and providing data and reports where necessary. You will also play a key role in supporting the executive annual salary and bonus review processes. You will assist in implementing the global reward strategy to make the business more globally consistent and collaborate with internal stakeholders to educate on reward practices and schemes. An important component of the role will be to gather internal and external benchmark data to support reward decisions along with carrying out job evaluations using the company’s evaluation methodology. Collecting data and participating in salary surveys from external providers and working with providers to maintain external benchmark data will also need your ongoing attention. As well as being numerate you will be required to interpret data and set up and maintains agreed standard reports and provide bespoke reports as needed. Some HRIS experience would be useful (Workday experience would be great but not essential) so that you can assist the HRIS Team to maintain the integrity of reward data and workflows. You will partner the HR team on reward and interact with senior leaders in the business. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with well-rounded reward experience with at least 3 years of related Reward/HR experience, including entry level roles after graduating and relevant job experience in an analytical environment. Alternatively, may have a Finance background Whilst you will possess strong mathematical ability, you will be able to communicate with non-reward professionals and use data to articulate trends whilst bringing it to life. Our client is keen to find someone that is intelligent and hungry for progression. You will want to make a genuine difference in the business that you join. The working environment is cutting edge and fast paced and dynamic. You will often be working with ambiguity but this itself offers up lots of opportunity to get involved with different projects. We want to see people with strong numeracy and analytical skills with real attention to detail and accuracy. You will be required to have solid Excel experience (e.g. 'if’ functions, V look ups and pivot tables). HR Information Systems experience, specifically Work Day, would be an advantage. Knowledge of job evaluation, specifically the WTW Global Grading methodology would be handy If you have some project management skills, it would be a bonus but we are not looking for formal training in this.
