Customer Service Advisor - Bournemouth Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm £19,500 per annum Start date 30th March 2020 We are currently recruiting for a fantastic Customer Service role based in Bournemouth, you will be working for a Global Outsourcing business on behalf of one of their well known clients This is a full time and permanent opportunity, offering fantastic office hours and with long term opportunities to progress your salary within your first year. What will you be doing? Responding to queries over the phone, emails and web chat Resolving customer queries and providing a first time resolution Accurately updating customer information on the system Speaking with a variety of customers across all levels Adhering to data protection regulations at all times Ensuring you are achieving customer service KPI's What are we looking for?
