Overview
Production Assistant Reports to: Team Leader Job Purpose: To produce garments in accordance with production specifications. Is fully compliant with all internal policies, procedures, and guidelines and delivers the highest standards of service and personal values. Principal Accountabilities: To operate allocated machinery/equipment to pick and produce garments as document on the product specification. To utilise the machinery in accordance with manufactures guidelines. To utilise the stock in accordance with packing guidelines. To update jobs on shopworks/provided paperwork during the production process as required. To make an active contribution to the team working closely with others to ensure good quality output. To be flexible and willing to work within other departments to meet the needs of the individual and the company. To actively participate in all the company training and develop practice following attendance. Key Competencies: Attention to detail Team working Communication Safety Problem solving
