Your new role You will need to have prior experience drafting employment contracts, reviewing handbooks and assisting with corporate due diligence. Some work will also be litigation based so prior experience of Employment Tribunals would be desirable. You must be an ambitious team player with a demonstrated success in the employment space and an eagerness to progress your career within the firm.
