Overview
A multidisciplinary creative agency with global offices and an amazing client list is looking for a Reward & Mobility Manager to join their HR team from the beginning of May. With offices and HR functions in the EMEA and MENA regions, this Reward & Mobility Manager position is a pivotal role for the UK HR team. As Reward & Mobility Manager, your role will be to manage key compensation, benefit and mobility processes flawlessly. You will bring clarity to processes and communicate key changes to individual packages and identify key decision points. Your main responsibilities as Reward & Mobility Manager will be as follows: Provide competitive packages for all senior leaders’ moves and appointments across EMEA Ensure EMEA participation in all compensation and benefits forums Develop and drive a family approach towards fair compensation practices Manage and develop key compensation processes for EMEA to include STIP payments, executive salary reviews, salary benchmarking reviews and company stock Support line managers to enable them to have meaningful reward conversations with their teams Build relationships with key employees and stakeholders and help develop job families Partner with the finance team to ensure all proposals are approved at the appropriate level Support all EMEA talent leads on any global mobility moves Lead the mobility process by partnering with the global mobility team To be considered for this role, you must have experience of reward and mobility practices across a number of markets and cultures in addition to experience developing job families.
