Overview
Temporary Service Desk job, Nottingham, £10.00 an hour (PAYE rate), for a leading IT service provider. An exciting job opportunity based in Nottingham has arisen for an experienced IT Support Analyst to work with one of the world's leading IT service providers. You will also gain exposure working with supporting large organisations within the business, including leading worldwide banks and car manufacturers. Due to increase in workload, a temporary Service Desk analyst is needed as soon as possible. You'll be working in a team of experienced IT Support Workers. You'll be expected to provide Technical Leadership in your own specific area of expertise. Your primary responsibility is to manage incidents routed from First Level analysts and escalate issues in line with company procedures and standards to meet customer and business requirements. Previous experience in a similar role will be a huge advantage. You will have a strong track record in understanding Corporate IT Environments. Your organised approach to work and proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines will help define your future success. You'll be rewarded with a salary of £10.00 (PAYE) an hour. You'll receive training and support throughout your placement within an exciting environment. You'll also benefit from on-site parking facilities.
