Join this leading International Media organisation & make a difference Due to a restructure of the team my prestigious client have a requirement for a Facilities Workplace Manager who will manage FM Hard Services. NEBOSH is essential - someone who can lead an organisational H&S review and manage the H&S moving forward, contract management & strong building services experience, financial/budget management a must They are a small & close department within a dynamic fast moving business ¨C a great team culture so a team player & leader is key - The Workplace Management team manages Maintenance, Cleaning, Security, Mailroom, Catering and a vast array of other workplace services London & other UK locations, working closely with preferred suppliers, service providers and consultants to provide associated services - To ensure that all staff and visitors are in a safe working environment - Manage contractors and consultants to ensure services are delivered to a high standard - Provide cost effective solutions to ensure they are managed in order to minimise risk to the business and meet the ongoing requirements of the business - Provide support and direction to enable the Workplace Management team to function effectively and efficiently The ideal candidates will have ¡ñ Facilities management experience ¡ñ Line manager experience ¡ñ Experience of managing and developing Health & Safety policies, procedures and training at all levels across a business ¡ñ Experience of managing subcontractors, suppliers and consultants specifically Building services, Health & Safety and office moves and changes ¡ñ Experience of managing building services which has critical environments such as MERs and SERs ¡ñ Experience of planning and managing moves and changes ¡ñ NEBOSH qualified ¡ñ (L8) Legionella awareness training ¡ñ Managing and overseeing building powerdowns ¡ñ Working with procurement team and provide FM information for contract tenders ¡ñ Regulatory compliance ¡ñ Budgeting, forecasting and management, both P&L and capex Interested?
