A boutique City firm seeks a 2 employment associate to join its growing dynamic employment law team which will involve working on a very broad range of advisory matters (employee contracts and handbooks and other employee related documentation as well as advising on dismissals, disciplinary processes, grievances and other employee relations issues) and contentious work (both tribunal and High Court) as well as some corporate support for clients mainly within the technology, professional and financial services sectors. The firm's appeal is in the ability to provide a good work/life balance whilst offering high quality work within a very personable and friendly environment.
