Overview
Executive Assistant to Managing Partner (12 Month FTC) Our client, a top US Law Firm based near Liverpool Street, are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support their Managing Partner. The role is a full time, fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave. There will be EA duties such as drafting highly confidential emails and working with the HR director etc. therefore you will need to be polished and discreet. As their Legal PA - your duties will include but not be limited to: Full secretarial support to the Managing Partner Arranging complex global travel Drafting correspondence on behalf of the partner Dealing with clients and external stakeholders, acting as their gatekeeper Organising meetings, lunches, conferences, video conferences, internal events and team social events Editing/amending/updating complex word documentation and PowerPoint presentations Supporting other secretarial allocations Other ad-hoc duties such as archiving, monthly billing and timesheets Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with a background in supporting senior professionals within the Banking or Professional services industry. Candidates who have support senior professional within the legal industry would also be considered. You will receive a salary of up to £50k plus excellent benefits including bonus, pension, medical insurance, gym membership plus many more. Start date is ASAP.
