Interim Compensation & Benefits Project Consultant - Windsor - 3 to 6 Months - £400 to £500 Via Umbrella The company & The role Working for a Not-for-Profit organisation, the interim Compensation & Benefits Project Consultant will be required to roll out this particular project. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the role and work very much hands on' with their sleeves rolled up' Conduct the required Job evaluation according to an established methodology, mapping roles to existing job profiles or creating new ones. Whilst socialising and agreeing final outcome with key stakeholders Collaborate with the wider salary providers to find the most appropriate salary and benefits benchmarking to carry out a market review Review the current salary banding structure/job level long structure to ensure this meets the company strategy What you'll need to be successful Previous experience as an interim C&B consultant covering salary benchmarking/banding and job evaluations.
