Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen on the outskirts of Cardiff for an experienced Credit controller. The role is being offered on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months initially with a strong possibility of going permanent. This role would suit an individual who is confident in hitting the ground running with minimal supervision and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You would have excellent communication skills and have a professional telephone manner. The key responsibilities of this role include: Chasing debtors in line with company procedures Responding to customer queries in a timely manner Issuing monthly statements to clients Raising invoices and allocating payments Monthly reconciliations My client offers a fantastic working environment, an hourly rate of £10.50 per hour plus holiday pay and on the job training is provided. This is a full time position of 37.5 hours a week 9 -5pm but they will also consider an 8.30 - 4.30pm work pattern.
