Overview
Badenoch and Clark have been engaged to source a Reward & Benefits Specialist for an ambitious housing client based in Farringdon on a permanent basis. In this role you will support the development, implementation and on-going support of an effective Reward Strategy. The role will focus on a mix of administrative and spreadsheet based activities to support grading, benchmarking, annual salary review, bonus etc. benefits, pension and other Project based Reward activities. You will undertake independent research to support continued development and relevance of Reward and Benefits offering. To succeed in this role you must have the following experience:- Grading / Benchmarking experience. Familiarity with HR systems, and Report Writing. Intermediate level of Excel, spreadsheets using formulae, pivot tables etc. Experience of annual salary review process and comms. Experience or Understanding of Benefits and provision to employees. Ability to develop processes / procedures and adapt for various audience groups. Familiar with actions occurring in the annual Reward Calendar. CIPD qualification desirable, or working towards this.
