Employment Solicitor | International Top 50 Firm | Central London An exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor has arisen within a Top 50 firm based in the City. This is a permanent, full time position. Your New Employer This international firm is recognised recognised as Top Tier in both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners across many practice areas and rank highly for Employment. The London based Employment team has over 40 staff who act for a number of multinational companies, investment banks although with other commercial clients. Role Description As the appointed Employment Solicitor, you will be working within the firm’s Employment team which advises national and global clients in relation to contentious and non-contentious Employment matters. Their key clients are those in the financial services sector. The work is varied and interesting, and will include: Advisory and Corporate support work Company restructures TUPE Litigation You will be advising national companies on employment matters across different jurisdictions as well as HR support and redundancy consultations. About You The firm is seeking an Employment Lawyer with: 3 years’ PQE as a Respondent Employment Solicitor A solid background at a leading International, City or strong regional firm Broad experience in a range of non-contentious and contentious employment matters The ability to provide a first-class service Experience in the financial services sector (beneficial but not essential) On Offer The salary on offer for this Employment Lawyer role is highly competitive and negotiable dependent on experience (£68,000 - £80,000 per annum), and there is also an extensive benefits package.
