Job Title: Partnership Manager, London Location: London Salary: Competitive About the Partnership Manager Role As the Partnership Manager you will be part of an exciting, growing Fintech organisation who support SME’s by connecting them to wide variety of lenders in the FinTech space can offer a fantastic culture coupled with real scope for career progression. As a Partnership Manager your responsibilities and duties will include: Manage and educate our existing accountancy partners on a daily basis, ensuring they deliver a consistent flow of quality leads Responsible for the new business development effort of acquiring accounting partners by actively calling and meeting with prospective introducers Manage partner on-boarding and customer success to maintain the ongoing relationship and encourage a continuous flow of business Be an advocate for our brand when talking to new and existing partners, displaying a clear understanding of what we do and how we can help their clients Take P&L responsibility for the Accounts under your management by ensuring they are paid efficiently and accurately for their introduction Grow the business channel so we are working with a greater number of introducers and generating more revenue Ultimately responsible for maintaining and establishing introducer relationships through face to face meetings, email campaigns and regular phone contact If you are looking to be involved in a fast growing business who are Innovative and genuinely impacting the SME Eco system then this could be an interesting opportunity for you. Essential Skills and Competencies of the Partnership Manager is: Great relationship-building skills - both in terms of ongoing, existing relationships and with respect to partnership acquisition Sales acumen and tenacity to ensure we target the correct prospective introducers and successfully onboard them An ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise duties to allow for effective partnership acquisition and account management Experience of managing advisory partnerships/affiliates, with a focus on acquisition and/or account management Knowledge of alternative finance would be advantageous but is not essential Proven ability to handle difficult and complex conversations A professional demeanour with the ability to adapt to a variety of clientele Brilliant written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of contracts and negotiations is not essential but would be beneficial For more information about Partnership Manager role, please get in touch or to apply send your CV now.
