Overview
Part Time Site Administrator Your new company A small but very successful construction organisation in Cambridge are looking for a part time Site Administrator to join their team on a part time basis. Your new role Working part time supporting the Site Manager and Quantity surveyor you will be based in the site office managing all administration tasks. This will include; scanning documents, answering telephone and email enquiries, project administration, filing, managing expenses, dealing with health and safety documentation, typing up documents, managing the post, attending meetings and any other general administration support for the team. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role you will ideally have previous experience in a construction environment or have worked in administration. You should be confident, articulate and able to work with people at all levels. You should have a positive, can do outlook and be prepared to get involved with a varied and busy workload. You should be highly IT literate and able to pick up new systems quickly and efficiently. What you'll get in return This is a long term temporary role offering flexible part time hours. The hours and days can be flexible for the right candidate and its expected that the role would require circa 25 hours per week. In the longer term this role could go up to full time. Unfortunately, there is no parking on site but there are excellent public transport links. A competitive hourly rate of £10-12 per hour is offered.
